UNA RIVER ESTUARY

This article reports experiences of the elective course “ESTUÁRIO DO RIO UNA: ECOLOGICAL AND SOCIALECONOMIC ASPECT”, proposed by ETE CENTRAL BARREIROS, medium course, developed in community Abreu do Una, carried out theperiod from February 18 to July 8, 2022, with informal conversation residents, teachers and elementary school students, both sexes, where topics some characteristics curiosities Mangrove ecosystem its components such as fauna flora were addressed; aim knowing informing economicandsocio-environmental importance mangroves, encouraging preservation, raising awareness benefits maritime human life, also promoting a reflection on current state conservation mangroves locality inquestion.
